How do I track my applications?

Open Applications in the account menu. The Your applications page has three tabs.

The tabs

  • Ongoing: the company has not closed the job yet. The application stays here even if the job no longer accepts resumes or if you are no longer in the process, until the company closes the job.
  • Closed: jobs that the company has closed or canceled.
  • Withdrawals: applications you have withdrawn from. While the job is open, you can apply again.

What appears in each application

  • Sent on and, when the company shows it, the Stage you are in.
  • Requests from the company, such as questionnaire, interview, and schedule selection, with Reply, Confirm attendance, or Choose time.
  • Notices like The company paused this job, Job closed, and Job canceled.

Open the application to see the Progress, What to do now, the Questionnaires for this job, and the Application code. For each answered questionnaire, See what you sent shows your answers and opens the files you sent. Job attachments, like those of a public notice, are in Public notice attachments. When the company does not show the stages, it says This company does not show the process stages: you receive a notice in your account and by email when they request something.

The result

  • The company decides and informs the result. The reason for not continuing in the process does not appear on the site.
  • When the company sends feedback, it arrives by email or WhatsApp, with the link Message from (company name).
  • "Ongoing" means the job is still active at the company, not that you were approved or rejected.

I don’t see an application

  • On a company’s career site, the list shows only applications for that company. On Empregare’s site, all appear.
  • Check if you logged into the correct account, the one with your CPF.
  • Applications made in another recruitment company’s system do not appear here.

Participating in a public notice?

Lists, rankings, results, and appeals of public notices are published by the company, in the public notice itself. Search the Help Center for "public notice".
